After all, our mental health affects how we think, feel, and act. It also plays a role in determining how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Therefore, it\u2019s important to do everything we can to maintain good mental health.<\/p>\n<p>There are a number of things you can do to support your mental health. One of the most important things you can do is to make time for yourself. That means taking time out from your busy schedule to relax and rejuvenate. It can be anything from exercising, having a massage or going to the spa ;), going for a walk in nature, or simply sitting down with a cup of tea and a good book.<\/p>\n<p>Making time for yourself is not selfish; it\u2019s actually one of the best things you can do for your mental health. When you take care of yourself mentally, you\u2019re better able to take care of those around you.
